About Renewra
Renewra does one thing: it makes sure no HVAC maintenance agreement expires without someone on your team knowing about it.
Why it exists
In nearly every conversation we have, maintenance agreements live in a spreadsheet. It works right up until it doesn't. Someone's always working from a stale copy, renewals expire quietly, and the revenue disappears without anyone noticing it left.
The deeper problem isn't storage, it's the follow-up. No spreadsheet emails your team 30 days before a contract expires, and no spreadsheet knows which technician is already scheduled for that unit. So the call never happens, and a customer who would have renewed simply doesn't.
What Renewra is not
It isn't a replacement for ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber. Those are field-service suites that handle dispatch, invoicing, and payroll, and switching one is a 90-day project nobody wants. Renewra sits alongside whatever you already run.
If your current tool already flags expiring agreements and makes sure someone actually calls, you don't need this. If renewals still slip through, that single gap is the whole product.
Where the product stands today
Renewra is new, and we'd rather say so than imply otherwise. It launched in 2026 and is in early access, which means we onboard HVAC companies personally rather than pointing them at a signup form and hoping.
In practice that means the first month is free with no card required, we migrate your existing agreement list ourselves rather than handing you a CSV template, and the companies joining now genuinely shape what gets built next. If it doesn't save you money, you leave having spent nothing.
